Starting as an ordinary luxury bags lover, Benz Benjaree pursuit in sharing knowledge about brandname bags in her Youtube channel "Benz Benjaree" since 2016 by targeting Thai's audience. Today, Benz is one of the Thailand's mainstream influencers in luxury bags community.

From the experience of using luxury bags in reallife. Benz understand the hustle and worry of taking out expensive luxury bags to use in everyday life. Always finding the way to keep its original shape, form and value. Benz has discovered ways to keep her bags clean, and scratch-free and this is how "Bags Heaven" is found.​
In 2021, Bags Heaven launch its first product, Cleaning and Polishing Cotton that helps Thai's user keep their bags shine and looking as good as new. In 2022, Bags Heaven developed a TPU film with 200micron thickness with clear HD quality that diecut with exact pattern as the bag metal hardware, to help protect it from scratch. As of Q4 2022, Bags Heaven is now carrying out more than 300 models of luxury bags protection film.​
